The Passport section would assist you to secure the epassport

Though we do not issue the epassport in Gaborone, we would assist you get all the information that would make it easy for you to get a passport.

You would need to do the following to get your passport:

• Log onto the Nigeria Immigration website to fill a form
• Pay online using your credit card

If you don't have a credit card, the embassy would advice you on what steps to take.

The epassport is issued in Johannesburg South Africa to all Nigerians living in the SADC. You would need to travel to Johannesburg for finger printing and picture capturing. Immigration officers come to Gaborone once in a while to help those without passports get one. You would be informed in advance about this visitation.
